Unable to view Record History in Customer HTML page
In R11i , we are able to view RECORD HISTORY from the Customer Form , where we can see who and when the record get updated.
After our upgrade to R12.1.3 , user no longer able to see the "RECORD HISTORY" for the customer html page .
I have used the personalization to enable the record history and can see the pop up box with Last udpated by , Last updated date .... ; however, there is no data shown.
Here is what i have done :
Set profile option :
Personalize Self-Service Defn = Yes
From the customer html page , at the account level, click on the ' Personalize "Accounts" ' link.
