Service contracts (OKS) - Can you set up a bi-monthly billing stream for specific days?

All,

We need the ability to bill usage based service contracts bi-monthly on specific days...the 10th and 25th of each month. Is this possible? and if so, please let me know exactly how this can be accomplished.

Update: Thank you all for your comments. I posted this question because we have about +600 acquisition contracts to load which we were told most needed to bill on the 10 & 25th and some need to bill on the 25th. The responds indicated that this is not possible without manual intervention…because of the volume not an option. But in the interim we discovered that the contracts REALLY say “on or about the 10 & 25
