Cannot modify Cash Forecasting template

Hello,

I am trying the Cash Forecasting template but cannot do so because the Update icon is disabled. How can I enable this button so that I can nodify the template? I am able to create the template but unable to modify or delete them. Any suggestion would be most welcome. Thanks,
