Validate XML files for T4/Releve

Q:  How to validate the XML file for T4/Releve to avoid file rejection?

A: When you build your XML files from menu G772475, these XML programs already have a built-in validation for some errors.  For example, if the postal code is incorrect, or name or the processing option is missing, these XML build program will issue an error.  However, if you want to take it further to ensure that XML files are free of error and that your file will be not be rejected, you will need to do this on your own as this is outside of the scope of Oracle support services.  Below are the steps on how to validate your XML files:
