LDAP logging screen layout different from DB Autheticated applciation

Dear All,

We implement SSO using OOB ADSISecAdapter , i cloned AOM and put necessary paramater. HJowever while we are hitting SSO url the homepage and layout is completly different from DB autheticated application.

I am sharing print screen of home page of both and this behaiour we notived only in UAT .. in test and dev behaviour as per expectation.
