Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Field "num" in V$PARAMETER

Why I have the field "num" in the view V$PARAMETER with different values for the same parameter in different instances:

For example, the parameter "processes" has the "num" 31 in one instance, 38 in another and 39 in another.

How can I get the same number for all instances?
