Tools 8.98.4.11 Issues

We are running on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64, 8.12. I recently updated to tools 8.98.4.11 from 8.98.4.9 and now my Deployment server hangs on login. Also, when I attempt to install from the Client install folder to a FAT client, it fails.
Has anyone else had any issues with updating to 8.98.4.11 Tools on E812?
