Form Validation Failures: A value must be entered for "Routing Transit Number" for Canadian Bank / B

Hi Everyone - We have an issue when creating and/or updating existing AP external bank associated with the country Canada; the 'Routing Transit Number' (RTN) is required (RTNs are not used for Canada). However, the RTN is NOT required for the USA or any other country that we use. The profile option 'CE Disable Bank Validations ' is set to No and appears to be working for other countries except Canada. I am wondering if I am missing something with a setup specific to Canada (or something) that might easily fix this issue.
