I have 2 package/package bodies that I can't compile.
dbsnmp.mgmt_bsln_internal
dbsnmp.mgmt_bsln

We are not using EM/DB Control.  The services are stopped.  THis is Windows Server and 10.2.0.3.0 EE.

I have looked at Oracle note 278100.1.  I Can't put this db into a restricted or quiesced state since this is production.

Can I simple drop the user dbsnmp?

Has anybody ever dealt with this?
