Item Attribute Control

 Q1. Once Item Attribute (e.g. Cost of Goods Sold Account" is assigned at Org Level, can we change it to Master level in 11i. Currently, if we are trying to update that, we are getting following message

" This attribute Control Level is not updateable"

Q2. In teh process of upgrading from 11i to r12, we want to update Item attribute Controls from Org Level to master level especially for "Cost of Goods Sold Account:. Can it be done and how?
