How to enable END_ACTIVE_DATE and ENABLED_FLAG from table FND_CURRENCIES for any Currency

Hi,
I need to update the ENABLE_FLAG and END_ACTIVE_DATE from FND_CURRENCIES to ENABLE and New Date

Can anyone help me regarding this.
 How to enable from Front End of From backend.
