The approval process Leave Of Absence for abc-employee has errored.

 Dear 

When employee submit their leave and it go for approval to his/her immediate supervisor but some cases notification is not being appeared in superivsor notification list.However, we have tried to find out the caused, finall we got an erro under wf_notifications table as mentioned in subject.
MESSAGE NAME = HR_FIX_APPROVER_HIER_MSG

Have any idea?
