BI publisher desktop installation Dailed on windows 8 with Office 201

Hello,

I get unexpected error at end of installation on  windows 8  with  Office 2013, I try BI publisher desktop installation again but I received the same error again.
Template Builder Installer failed, Unexpected error.
have anyone any idea?
