Drop ship Order line closed but recipt is Pending

Dear Gurus,

Need your help on fixing one issue.Ww have a Drop ship Order which is alreadty closed status but the receiving is pending.In fact the receipt was done and then user retun to supplier transaction maded by another user.Now the receiving is pending.So here when user tried to receive it the receiving transaction Processor got complted with warning with below log messages.

Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program RVCTP. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure.
Contact your support representative.

When we verified in po_interface_errors we found the error_message is showing as RCV_TP_FAIL_CMS_VALIDATE.
