Unable to close period

Hi,

Please help us for the following issue

1 – We have three operating units.

2 – We are trying to close period Oct – 11

3 – We closed period Oct – 11 for both First and third OU.

4 – We unable to close period Oct – 11 for the second one because of one pending transaction.

5 – The pending transaction is a transit quantity between the first OU and the second.

Please guide.
