iRecruitment Notifications

Hi,

After applying the RUP5 patch in our environment, we observed that the notifications are not getting triggered in iRecruitment.

for example - 1. Notification should get triggered when applicants registers in iREcruitment site.

2. When an interview is scheduled

3. Message sent from Manage communication functionality.

The issue is not limited to email notification, even in candidates irecruitment account the notification is not there. In fact it is not there in the WF_notificaitons table as well. so i think the notifications are not working.

any pointters on this, like what could be the reason or if anyone has already faced the similar issue?
