Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The value of BO_ID_CUST field is zero for all rows in PS_RI_INTERACTION table
Shouldn´t be updated with the BO_ID_CUST field value instead of zero?
