How do you go about using or not using your Employee salary actual $ amount in Hyperion WorkForce &

Hyperion Guru:

We are in a process of implementing Hyperion Planning and WorkForce application for our Employee salary Planning and Forecasting. We are using ADP files as our Salary source feed and bringing in the actual employee salary $numbers on a monthly base to Hyperion Work Force and Planning.

We have a concern with having the actual employee salary $ file information in our Hyperion environment and the overall security of Salary information in Hyperion Workforce & Planning applications. We have the following questions and I would appreciate if you can provide us your feed backs, experience and best practice for this employee actual salary information that will be floating in our Oracle Hyperion Workforce and Planning environment?
