ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in dba_apply_error

Hello .

I am seeing this error - ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows - dba_apply_error table. I also see error ORA-26714: User error encountered while applying in dba_apply. I have built the streams yesterday. I see that all the tables have been copied to the target side successfully. capture and propagation are enabled on the source side, but apply has aborted on the target side.  Not sure what could have caused this error. Any thoughts would be appreciated
