Oracle SE 11.2.0.1: Upgrade to 11.2.0.2 or 11.2.0.3 failed with ORA-03113
I tried both the upgrade of our SE 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 and to 11.2.0.3. But in both cases the upgrade-process failes with ORA-03113 on syntax:

Also the @?/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql failes with the same error-message.
In the alert-Log there is a ORA-07445: Exception: Integer divide by zero:
