Calculating scheduled payment dates

How can we get Oracle to calculate the scheduled payment date when Terms Date Basis is set to "Invoice" but we don't want to start calculating until the holds are released?

Example:

Invoice dated: 2/1/2013

Invoice Entered: 2/10/2013

Invoice Terms: Net 10

Invoice Released from Hold: 2/14/2013

Instead of Schdeduled Payment Date of 2/11/2013, releasing invoice for payment on 2/14/2013 when holds are released

we want to have a scheduled payment date of 2/24/2013. Is this possible without custom code?
