Dunning letter

Hi all,

i have posted the same question in Advanced Collection community, but thought that someone from Receviable community can help on this issue too.

In R11i , we are able to send Dunning Letter to customers via AR.

After our upgrade from R11i to R12.1.3, the dunning letter is no long within AR and now reside in Advanced Collection.

Our requirement is to print dunning letter for the customer on a monthly basis , and we use different dunning letter set based on different profile class. (this is the way we set up in R11i)

After the upgrade R11i to R12 , i do not see any setup in Advanced collection that ties the profile class to dunning letter set.
