Cannot query an approved requisition from the Buyer Work Center on Demande Workbench screen

I cannot query an approved requisition from the Buyer Work Center on Demand Workbench screen. However when I query the requisition in the Requisition Summary, the requisition is displayed.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or is there something  missing / which I need to verify.

I appreciate if someone had this issue before or  knows how to fix this issue.
