Changing certificate in Weblogic Server stops EMGC_OMS1

 Hi, (I don't know if this is the best place or if I should ask the question
in the Middleware Category).

Enterprise Manager 12cR2, single server (Linux), single OMS.

Access to EMGC_AdminServer through 7101 (SSL) and 7001 (non-SSL).
Access to Enterprise Manager through 7799 (SSL) via ohs1.

I'm trying to use our own certificates when accessing both AdminServer and EM website.
Changing the EM website seems easy, since it's done in the ssl.conf of the WebTier instance.

The problem is the Weblogic Server.

I'm capable of changing the AdminServer certificate. But when I do so, EMGC_OMS1 stops running and the system says it has something to do with the NodeManager.
