Please advise a step-by-step upgrade from 11.1.07 to 11.2.0.3

Hi Oracle Experts,

Since Oracle internal errors (600 and 700) were found in my Oracle 11.1.0.7 database, and Oracle has not certified 11.7 for Windows. I have to upgrade my Oracle database to 11.2.0.3.
I have downloaded Oracle 11.2.0.3 software. After read Oracle installation document (E24186-05) carefully, I was still confused. Only thing I knew that I have to install the new software on a new Oracle home.

My Oracle servers:
1. Two Oracle DB servers on Windows 2008 R2
2. They were on Oracle Datguard configuration, primary DB server and physical standby DB server
3. Currently on Oracle 11.1.0.7, one-instance
4. No RAC and SAM on current and will not upgrade to RAC/SAM/GI at this time as well.
