iRecruitment Error: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not create Java class: (oracle.apps

When an applicant is trying to Apply job a job I get the following error:

Exception Details.

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not create Java class: (oracle.apps.per.irc.common.webui.InsertableTableCO) associated with region: (AplEducationTbl). This is probably because the class name is wrong or not included in project.

        at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1247)
