Freight not getting split equally when line is split or back ordered.

Hi Friends,

 I have sales order lines item ABC qty 3 Frieght charge is 100

Line has been split at the time of Ship confirm and the freight cost didn’t  got prorate on split line

1.1 -->2 qty

1.2 -->1 qty but freight cost not split still showing 100.

Why freight not getting split equally when line is split or back ordered.
