Apps 12.1.1

AP analyst in another SR requested customer to apply patch 14254641:R12.PRC_PF.B which had as pre-requisite patch 14185210:R12.FWK.B

Error when trying to apply patch 14185210:R12.FWK.B

   Missing prerequisite codelevel for entity atg_pf
   This patch requires the following Code Level  or higher R12.ATG_PF.B.3

The currrent on-site codelevel for entity
atg_pf is " R12.ATG_PF.B.2

In order to apply this patch you must first apply a patch that introduces at least
minimum required code level.
