Performance Issue in Exadata Box

 Hi All,

We have migrated our database to exadata box. OS is linux. Now we are facing issue with few programs and scripts where they are long running and not getting completed.
When we checked the session wait it is showing as "cell single block physical read"

But during initial investigation i found that this bug is fixed in 11.2.0.3 but we are on 11.2.0.3 and facing this issue.

Any idea/suggestion on this issue will be highly appreciated.
