automatically pick up the XML files and process it via XML Gateway

Currently, we are using the ECXOTAInbound html page to send an inbound xml message to the transport agent, which will then place the xml message on the inbound queue, to be picked up by XML gateway.

In the real time scenario,  the incoming xml file will be placed in a directory on the unix server.

How will we identify that a file has been placed in this directory, and how will the xml message inside this file be placed onto the ECX Inbound queue to be picked up by XML gateway?
