Receipt struck in Transaction status summary with Pending as status

Hello Friends

We are facing an issue with one of our receipts

Created a receipt for 4.1 quantity

Corrected the quantity to 0.1

System returned 4 quantity to supplier however the accounting on 0.1 is not working as expected as the record got struck in the transaction status summary

Please find the attached screenshots and share your inputs
