"Item Ledger As of Generation"

 Hi,
We are planning to implement "Item Ledger As of" processing so as to purge Cardex in future, once business is comfortable to purge these records.

When we generated "As of"  in CRP environment we found that there were lot of integrity issues between  the data of Cardex and As of file F41112 (Mainly historical data).This was due to reasons like incorrect GL date ,item location,incorrect UOM etc associated with historical data in cardex. There was a long list of integrities issues and we could only solve few.

Business is concerned of any implications /impact (Like Inventory valuation - Stock Status P41530,Impact on  Current On hand balances) if we go ahead to implement the As of generation till current date (Feb, 2013) after correcting some of the historical data in cardex (Wrong dates,Invalid location etc)
