I am not seeing anything in the OTM application to end date/expire a user record (example: employee that has been terminated, moved on to new responsibilities, ect).    I know you can delete a user, but we are concerned this could cause unforeseen issues.  Am I over looking anything, or what is the correct approach to prevent user access after they have moved on?
