Iprocurement - When updating lines for non catalog requisition item supplier torch unavailable

 Hi All, 

I am currently unable to figure out why the supplier torch is disabled when I go to update the requisition line prior to checking out my order.

Currently we are only purchasing non catalogue items via Iprocurement, in this case there is no supplier torch to query a supplier if previously the supplier field was left blank but a supplier item was entered. The torch should ideally be available for supplier search when updating requisitions.

Please let me know why this scenario occurs, I am not able to find anything in the documentation?
