Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Release 1 Grid Control - version  11.1.0.1.0Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12C              - version 12.1.0.2.0

The second one does not show estimated time for the SQL.
How to get an estimate for the execution time of the SQL with Cloud12C ?

AWR option is not correct :
How does that give you predicted run times for a particular SQL ID   ?
The AWR report tells us run times for past executed SQL IDs.
