Any workflow call after hold released on Sales Order?

Hello
I have a requirement to send a notification when ever hold get released on a Sales Order (Header) in R12.1.3, so is there any seeded workflow which will get spawn after hold released? Here is my full requirement....


I need to put the SO on hold when ever user try to book the sales order on certain condition, so in case the order meets the condition then i need to put the SO on hold and send a notification to the user. To meet this requirement i have modified the OEOH workflow in which added a node to call my custom procedure to put the order on hold and send a notification.
