Workflow for Sending Tasks

Our company requested an e-mail be sent out every time someone is assigned & reassigned a task.  I have that down, but they are now receiving duplicate e-mails (one from a workflow notifying them about specific information & the 2nd from the task notification workflow).

What would I need to modify in the task notification workflow to NOT e-mail them if the task is automatically coming from the CRM?  Here is my current expression:

([<OwnerId>]<>UserValue('<UserId>')) and ([<Activity>]=LookupValue("ACTIVITY_DISPLAY_CODE", "Task"))
