Subledgers in JDE 9.02

We upgraded to JDE 9.02 in August of 2012 and since then the subledgers that we have used for years are not working correctly.  They show up in the GL for the receipts but  not the vouchers.  Oracle states working as designed.  We are investigating implementing Job Costing and I would like to know how that application handles subledgers with voucher entry?
