How to keep instance down after RAC server restart

Hi all,

I have two nodes oracle 10.2.0.4 ASM RAC running on Linux RHEL 5. I would like to keep one node down. Every time the severs are restarted, both instances come up automatically. How can I setup to keep one instance down even after server restart?
