Some RMA Credit Memos, Transaction Date not equal GL Date

 Dear all,

R12 instance we found some CM (without any rules) created from RMA. User believe TRX date is wrong but GL date is correct,

for example:

As this cannot be reproduced at will, and original status of ra_interface is not available since CM has been closed
