Netapp to ZFS migration

Can someone point me in the direction of white papers or KB articles on actual steps to ensure a successfull Netapp to ZFSA migration?
I am not too worried about pure Unix/NFS shares.
what I am interested in is migrating CIFS and Mixed Protocol shares from Netapp to ZFSA.

what tools to use for migration etc?
Does shadow migration support CIFS and multiprotocol shares? ( I dont think it will since an NFS based copy doesnt copy extended attributes (ACLs) from Netapp WAFL - but correct me if I am wrong)
Does ZFSA support Netapps dump based backup (the dump is a solaris ufsrestore format)?
