PO Missing from Front end as well as backend.

Hi Experts,
I am Unable to find a PO  form front end as well as back end tables in production.
The PO is been created last year and we have the same PO in Lower instance which is on incomplete status.
Some how this has been deleted from database.Checked with po_headers_archieve_all but there is no information.
How to find out who has done the changes and the status.
