Import Price Catalog R12 - No records imported

Hello Gurus,
We are upgrading from 11i to R12.  I am running the Import Price Catalog in R12, and no record are being processed from the PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE to the permanent table po_header_all table

I am executing the same process in 11i, and I have no problem.


in R12, the Import Price Catalog completes fine, and no specific errors are mention.
Even no record are being placed in the po_interface_errors table.


The only thing is this message, but I cannot even find this record in this fnd_log_messages.

To get the log messages for PDOI, please use the following id to query against FND_LOG_MESSAGES table:
