Loading normal Credit memos using API in AR

Dear all,

We have a requirement to load the credit memos , one way is loading the data into Auto invoice interface tables and the other way using the standard API. Can you please suggest in R12 is there any standard API which is used for loading normal Credit Memos( whcih doesn't require any approvals).
