Errors in Various Databases (ASM/Dataguard ) After deploying 12.1.0.3 db plugin

in Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question
 anyone see various events after deploying 12.1.0.3 db pluginBackup -  ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 2 ORA-00904: "SYS"."DBMS_RCVMAN"."NUM2DISPLAYSIZE": invalid identifier : on Feb 22, 2013  on a Dataguard target 
Serviced Clients  - Result has repeating key value : RECO,+ASM1
Feature Usage  -ORA-01219: database not open: queries allowed on fixed tables/views only on a physical standby
ASM Cluster File System state - ORA-01417: a table may be outer joined to at most one other table  

I'm wondering if anyone has deployed 12.1.0.3 and is seeing these. All of these are Linux Targets
