SIebel 8.1.1.7 with BI Publisher

Hi ,
Can you please let me know the version of BI Publisher required with SIebel 8.1.1.7 so that parameter works correctly from Siebel?? Currently my bi publisher version is 10.1.3.4.2. Do we need to apply latest patch to the bi publisher 10.1.3.4.2.
