iSupport on Internet
Are they any documents or procedures on how to setup iSupport on the Internet for users(Individual User(B2C)) to use the Company's knowledge base w.r.t FAQ and products.
Also is it suggested to always login like (Support.oracle.com) to access knowledge base on products or give access to Knowledge base to all on common products and when logged in,user to get full access to knowledge base. Appreciate your valueble feedback.
