HOw to find and run the report

Hi,

Can any body tell me where do i found this report of purchasing ? Through xml publisher administrator and found this report but dont know from which responsiblity i can run this report.

Please see ths and help.

Navigate to xml publisher administratot:

Data Definition tab >
Name:  Blanket Release Data Source
Code:  PO_BLANKET_REL
Application:  Purchasing

Template tab >

Data Definition: Blanket Release Data Source
Code: RELEASE_BLANKET_XSLFO
Name:  Blanket Release Stylesheet
Application:  Purchasing
Type:  XSL-FO
Default File:  RELEASE_BLANKET_XSLFO.xsl

i want this report to run by application so please help me.
