Error in UBE submission for 9.1

 Hi All, I have just installed JDE 9.1 (tools 9.1.0.1A),Porttest completed successfully, all applications are working, package build/deployment completed successfully except UBE submission.

Please refer the attached enterprise server logs and error screenshot while submitting UBE.

During analyzing error found that job queue has server name define without domain name, but in unix  network file hostname is defined with full domain name, as following,

Job queue server name: kchjes02

Networks file hostname: kchjes02.kpit.com

Following steps were performed,

1)      Changed the networks file hostname from fully qualified to small one, but after that oracle database on the server failed to start, hence reverted to fully qualified name.
