How to upgrade to newest T5140-FW with Solaris 11.1 (similar to Sol10 Patch 147310-08)?

Hi all,
actually I'm struggeling with FW-Upgrade T5140 Systems running Oracle Solaris 11.1 on it.

I can only find the FW-Patch 147310-08 for Solaris 10 -> is there any similar Patch available for Sol 11.1?
